Officejet 6500 E710n Not Printing Color Only Black Working

Hi Guys,

 

After spending time and money i came here to find out the solution. My hp6500 plus e710n printing colors @ all i did factory reset 100 times head cleaning so many time i don't remember and changed the ink cartridges and printhead now lastly i bought hp 6000 printer to check my printhead is the issue or printer it self.

 

my hp 6000 printer which i just bought it is printing color and back with both printheads it mean there is no problem in print head something wrong in my printer can you guys help me how to diagnose the issue still I love my hp6500 although I bought hp6000 I want to fix and keep my hp6500 plus e710n.

 

NOTE: I did so many times  self-test without computer always back & alignment always faild print in black always.
