Product: office jet 6830
Operating System: iOS

When I try to copy a document I get the following message: " incorrect paper- Copy does not support Statement. Load a supported size paper. Load the supported size of paper in the tray to continue."

 

I am using the same paper, brand and size paper I have always used. I have reset set to the factory defalts, but get the same message.

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting paper mismatch error on HP Officejet 6830 printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

  • Adjust the paper size setting.
  • Reset the printer.
  • Update the driver.
  • Check the paper source setting.
  • Update the firmware.

Click here and follow troubleshooting steps mentioned in the document to fix this issue.
