Solved!

Officejet 7500A paper feed

HP Recommended

New printer, have not been able to run setup, head alignment or print anything. Nothing but jams and crunched pages, but sometimes I get a message saying: Problem with Printer. Refer to Printer documentation 0x61011bed.

Does anyone have an Idea? I am ready to send it back or throw out the window. Help please

Its in warranty contact HP tech support for printer replacement.

Although I am working on behalf of HP, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

That tech support was a NIGHTMARE, that lady had no idea what is going on or the procedures they have to follow are nuts. After about 2 hours and 20 crinkled sheets of paper she tells me the printer will get exchanged with a reconditioned one. I bought a new printer, not a used one and on top of that the next level support will call me back within 24 to 48 hours.

What a crock, I think I will send it back, get my money and buy a Cannon, never an HP product again.
