Officejet 8500 very dull yellows and reds

HP Recommended

Officejet Pro 8500 A909a. Windows 7 64-bit.

Yellows and reds are quite dull/grey. Diagnostics say the print heads are good. I've tried cleaning them. No change.

Hello Donkeytrousers,

How much ink is available in the cartridges?

You may want to remove the printhead and shake them about six times.
