I just purchased an 8600 Officejet Pro and during initial setup it showed a cartridge error, after reinstalling I get a do not use setup cartridge display on the printer and it will not do anything.
I have removed the cartridge and reinstalled. I have also removed and reinstalled the ink cartridge carrier with no luck.
