Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please help.

For the past week, my 8620 printer has been printing green where it should be yellow.  Thus it looks like, where there should be yellow, blue is getting mixed in to make the green???

I have tried a partial-reset with the printer, followed by reinstalling the printer software/drivers on the computer.  I have also tried another yellow cartrige.  These have not worked.

Please help.

Thank you.

Hi @jvenner,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that your HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer is printing green where it should be yellow.

This issue could occur if the printhead is not aligned properly or defective.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Fixing Print Quality Problems

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
