OfficeJet Pro 6830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I originally purchased an Officejet Pro 6830 in Feb 15. In Jul 15 the Print Head failed so a replacement was sent on 7/7/15 (Ref. 3017780256), the 1st replacement suffered the same Print Head failure in Dec 15 so a 2nd replacement was sent on 17/12/15 (Ref: 3023356785), this one lasted until Apr 16 when the Print Head failed again, so a 3rd replacement was sent on 20/4/16 (Ref: 3027597116), the Print Head has now failed again. 4 faulty printers in just over 2 years and they only get light use.

This has to be the worst printer ever, I can't believe I am the only one having an issue with this model.

Can someone from HP Support please comment.
