The print test sheet shows no blue block. I've gone through all of the troubleshooting steps. I've replaced all of the cartridges. Still not blue. I'm guessing my blue ink delivery system is blocked. Is there a way I can fix it?

Hi there  if the print head nozzles got blocked or clogged you need to do some more steps.

please follow the link and try these perticular steps mentioned below.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-6830-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5390307/docum...

Step 5: Make sure that the cartridges are properly vented and seated correctly

Step 6: Use an automated tool to clean the printhead

I did all of that. Just ran the align printhead routine and the printer informs me that was unsuccessful. So. Anyting else I can try?

Hi Sandyston,

In this case you contact HP Customer care (18004746836) they will replace the defective cartridge.

Thank you

Hello,

If you have a spare cyan cartridge you try and check if the issue gets resolved.

If the issue still persists even after trying with a new Cyan Ink Cartridge, then it could be a Printhead issue.

Which would lead to Printer Service, as the Printhead is a fixed part in this printer.

Kindly call HP Tech Support ( USA: 1-800-474-6836 ) as suggest by other experts.

Regards,
Jabzi
