Officejet Pro 8600 setup menu stuck on Animation playing ink cartridge installation, won't go on to next step. Try power off, unplug power cable, restart machine, same animation playback and stuck afterward.
How to do a master reset ? or do I have to return the unit?

It seems the printer is not getting enough power into the printer. You may need to change wall outlets.
Make sure it is plugged into a wall and not a surge protector. You can contact HP Support (1800-474-6836).
