Officejet Pro 8620 print problem

I am trying to print a 26 page document, double sided on my new officejet pro 8620 printer. It prints double side pages 26 to 20 ok and part prints page 19 then stops. My O/S windows 8.1. Does anyone have a solution. Thanks

Hi Roger41,

 

Welcome to the HP Forums!

 

I see that you are trying to print a 26 page double-sided document with your HP Officejet pro 8620, and it stops at page 19. I am happy to help you with this printing issue!

 

For further assistance, I will need to know:

 

  1. If the printer is connected, Wireless, Ethernet, or USB.
  2. If the power cable is plugged into a surge protector, or directly to the wall outlet. Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector. This applies to Inkjet printers as well.

 

In the meantime, please try the HP Print and Scan Doctor, and let me know what happens!
