officejet pro 6830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm getting an error regarding printhead problem. I have changed all my ink cartridges and still getting the error. Is there a way to clean the printheads? I've serached on line with no success

Hi,

A such indicate an hardware failure and require servicing the printer.
