Order I didn't make

HP Recommended
HP Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I went to sign in to my Microsoft account after upgrading to Windows 10 and I found this on my account.  

 

Recent orders See all 2/8/2016 HP All-in-One Printer Remote $0.00 2/8/2016 HP All-in-One Printer Remote $0.00" (41831)

 

I haven't ordered anything!

I have taken everything off my computer and reinstalled and changed passwords because of a problem I ran into when upgrading to Windows 10 and I got help from my HP care package for that. However, I still don't know how to contact HP to let them know that isn't an order from me.  

There is no email or contact for their online order dept

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
