P1606dn how to set it to pause when manually feeding paper

I understand that the HP P1606dn printer will pause for 10 seconds between printing a sheet of paper and manually inserting the next page.

How do you set the printer to pause between sheets.

I have tried to print one page at a time, but the printer prints so fast that it grabs a sheet of paper from the loaded bin before I can insert a page into the top slot.

Re: P1606dn how to set it to pause when manually feeding paper

Firstly, I am curious why you need to set the manual feeding paper?

Secondly, as long as you need to manually feed sheet, I suggest that you can load the no. of paper you just need to print, with the our of paper alert message, the printer will pause its printer, then you go the chance to manually feed the paper and continue the sheet printing.

Hope it helps.
