I NEED HELP WITH MY PRINTER IS NEW AND I GOT A LOT OF PROBLEMS ALREADY, YESTERDAY I PRINT SOME VERSE BECAUSE I NEED IT FOR A BABYSHOWER AND NEVER PRINT SO I TRY LIKE 20 TIMES WITH ANY RESULTS,  I NEVER FOUND THE PROBLEM, EVERYTHING WAS GOOD SUPPOSEDLY, AND THEN FINALLY PRINT ONE AND ANOTHER ONE, SO I PUT CANCEL AND CLOSE THE PRINTER, THEN TODAY I WANTED TO PRINT ANOTHER THING AND IS PRINTING THE SAME VERSE SINCE YESTERDAY ALREADY IS LIKE 14 TIMES IN CARDSTOCK IM WASTING INK, CARDSTOCK AND TIME!!!  HOW I STOP THAT?, AND WHAT IS THE PROBLEM,?  WHY DONT PRINT WHEN NEED TO PRINT? IM SO UPSETTT WITH THIS PRINTER IF I DONT FOUND THE HOW TO FIX IM GONNA RETURNED

Hi,

 

What device are you printing from? (PC, phone, ipad etc.). Try restarting the device that you are printing from and then also restart your printer by powering it down and then unplugging for 30 secons befoe powering it up again to see if this helps.
