PSC 1510 All-in-One Alignment

Each time I turn my PSC 1510 printer on, it automatically generates a print alignment page.  How do I make this stop?

PSC 1510 All-in-One Alignment

The manual explains how to complete the alignment.  Once the alignment page completes you need to load the paper and press the scan button as described on page 48 of the manual here.  Once the alignment is completed it will not be needed again until the cartridges are changed.
