PSC 2410 Photosmart All-in-one Auto-duplex unit

I bought a new computer that uses the Windows 7(64bit) operating sytsem. I attached a PSC 2410 Photosmart all-in-one printer. The auto-duplex feature is no longer available, only manual two-sided printing is available. When this printer was attached to previous printer the auto-duplex unit funtioned perfectly. Only change was to unattach from old & reattach to new.

Can this problem be solved or must I use the manual funtion?

The duplexer must be enabled as described in the "Vista/Wixndows 7 Duplex Printing Troubleshooting Guide".
