Paper feed problem

HP Recommended
HP Photosmart eStation C150
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Can anyone help? I have had my all in one printer for several years now with no issues until yesterday. I was printing some papers for my wife when the printer ran out of paper and I received a message on printer screen asking me to load more paper into tray. This I did and clicked the okay to proceed button, but the message that there was no paper in the tray and to reload kept coming up and printing wouldn't continue. Does anyone have a possible solution to this problem.?Thanks in adavnce

Hi @mac-w,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that you get an error message 'Out of Paper' while printing photos from the photo tray of your HP Photosmart eStation All-in-One Printer - C510a.

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: 'Out of Paper' Error Message and the Printer Does Not Pick Up or Feed Paper

Let me know how that works.

I hope you have a good day ahead.
