Product: hp psc 1317
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)

Paper jam is physically cleared but error message still comes up and it wont print. But does scan and print test page so paper route is clear.

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting paper jam issue on HP PSC 1317 printer. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

  • Clear the paper jam.
  • Clean the paper rollers.
  • Perform a power reset.
