I did all the clean-ups of the rollers and the reset, but I noticed that the rollers that push the paper don't work any more. What to do?

Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that you have an HP Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One Printer - E709n and it does not pick the paper. I read that you have cleaned the paper rollers and reset the printer and the issue still persists.

I assume the paper is not being fed from the main paper tray. Is the printer able to pick the paper from the ADF (Automated Document Feeder)?

The evidence indicates that the paper rollers have gone bad. I suggest you to reach out to our HP phone support to explore the hardware service options for your printer.

I hope this information helps. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions. Cheers! 🙂

Thanks for your answers. It's correct the ADF works well, but not the pickup by the paper rollers. Actually, you can watch it that they don't roll thereby not pushing the paper sheet forward. It's not easy to get to them to investigate. I read that HP wouldn't serve this printermodel anymore. Cheers, Didilein
