Paperjam message

Gateway Desktop Windows10 Home
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 1350 printer. There was paperjam, but after clearing it, I can COPY a document on the printer without a problem.  But On clicking "print" a document on desktop, message "there is paperjam in printer"  appears and does not print!  How to resove?
