Photosmart 3310 All-in-one Error: Oxc18a0001 Ink system failure

How do I fix  Ink system failure Error: Oxc18a0001 ? The printer also says that I am not using the right brand of black ink cartridge which I bought in a HP 02 ink multi-pack from Office Depot.
