Photosmart 7520e

Just purchased this printer, trying to set it up and it won't recognize the print cartridges. keeps saying that the cartridges are missing. They are all 5 there and snapped in. Any suggestions? I've checked the cartridges and they are not dried out, they are all there, and they are all snapped in. HELP!!!

Re: Photosmart 7520e

but shouldn't set up cartridges work to set it up? Why bother giving me cartridges if they don't work.

Re: Photosmart 7520e

Yes, and I have set up multiple printers before , I know what I am doing. The machine is not recognizing the cartridges. So it is either the cartridges, or the machine. It is going back to the store
