Photosmart C8180; Error 0XC18a0101 ink system failure

Nothing will print, scan or copy on my computer.  It says:

 

Ink system has failed.  Unable to print. Refer

to Printer documentation

Error 0XC18a0101

Turn power off, then on again.

 

I tried and nothing is working.
