if this happens again. reset the printer
Support Menu : Button Sequence from Home/Idle Screen:
BL/TL/BR/TL. Press touchscreen button "Support Menu". [after power on]
after that reinstall the driver.

You've got me totally lost. This is a C310A ( http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/product?product=4231205&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&task=&lang=en&cc=us ). NO Support Menu, and I don't know how to accomplish what you specified?
So far, 2 days now it has been on without interruption.
