HP Photosmart 6510 series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Not able to print black ink (faint gray image).

Have replaced with 2 other cartridges and have gone thru HP Print Doctor several times, all checks out ok.

Cleaned heads 3 times.

Unplugged printer a few times and never had a problem before.

Colors seem to print ok.

This is on a wireless connection.

Thanx

CJ

Thanks for the info. I have tried all and have since found out there is an apparent problem with this HP model with the black ink not printing properly. Cheaper to buy a new printer with ink than send in for service! Bought an Epson yesterday.

Well, before you should have done that, should have just removed the printhead and soak it for a while.

May have worked... don't know.
