I wonder why just bought and installed new printhead, shows that warranty  is passed?

print quality is OK, but i'm affraid it could decrease.

You should be ok, but you probably got an old printhead that the vendor had on hand. There is a date on the box and a date on the printhead which shows the warranty end date.

Sometime you you have the below problem if you are using out of warranty printheads: HP Designjet Printer Series - System Error 79:03 and 79:04 During Start up or Start a Print Job

If possible, dont try to used out of warranty printheads.
