Print App will not print correctly on page?

I am using the HP forms, the calendar to be exact.  When I print a month calendar, it cuts the edge of the calendar off, I have tried all the setting and it prints the same no mater which one I use.  Is there a way to correct this so it prints in the center and doesn't cut anything off.  Would really love to use this app.

Print App will not print correctly on page?

Hi there, sorry to hear your having trouble with your print apps. Can you provide additional detail on the printer you are using and the paper size versus print option size - I'm wondering if you have a paper mismatch?

Print App will not print correctly on page?

Hi,

I am using the HP Officejet 6500A Plus All-in-one with eprint.  I have checked all the different paper sizes from Auto to letter, which is the size paper in my machine.  It is set for landscape, it almost like its not centering it, or the margarine on the side that starts printing first is in to far.

If you are using a Letter size and facing truncation, I suggest trying to use A4 paper if you have some.

Hope this helps.

I work for HP.
