Print Cartridge exchange

I have four unused ink cartridges during intial troubleshooting that were shown not to be the problem.  The cartridges are yellow HP920, Cyan HP920, Magenta HP920 and Black HP920. I would like to exchange these for the replacementOfficejet 6100 printer you furnished that uses HP932.  Customer Service provided the following service # 3004631060 at the time the HP6100 was ordered and stated that I should go to this address to receive free replacements for the HP920 cartridges.  Could you please tell me what the next step is?

You'll need to contact HP Phone Support about this. Failing that another option would be to sell them on eBay.
