Print Jobs Disappear from the Print Queue and Do Not Print

HP Recommended

As the title say, It sends to the spool, says printing, disappears, and I cry, because nothing is printed.

HP Deskjet 1513 - Windows 7

Tried wiping out and reinstalling the drivers

The ones that came from the CD, OR the ones online. No response from the printer.

I can clean the printer, align cartridges, print test page, scan documents, but cannot print documents.

Not from word, not from pdf, nor a web page, neither notepad.

The printer IS the default printer.

Do you have another computer you can test the printer with?

Tested on the second notebook

Worked fine.

Tell me the tests I have to make

Meanwhile, back on this computer,

I could notice that the printer icon is ghosted on Devices and Printers, as if it wasn't detecting the printer.
Have 3 USB ports on this notebook, tested them all. The icond didn't change, and I was unable to print anything.

Just to make sure, I've uninstalled the drivers, and reinstalled. Now the installation stucks on a page asking me to connect the cable, or proceeding the setup later. Tried on all tree USB ports.

Yeh, this PC does't recognize the printer anymore. The other PC did.

The USBs are working normally for other devices.

Was just a matter of resetting (power cord off for 10 secs whhile print is on)

Now it detects the **bleep** thing and installs beautifully

Tried to print. Said offline first.
Did put online. Not resolved.

Tried to change the processor from winprint to hpzppw71
No success. Hangs computer and bugs everything. Changed back.

The port is USB001

Still doing anything but print (test page neither)

This is starting to piss me off

Do something HP !
