c5280
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Unable to print directly to CD disc using c5280. Loaded updated drivers. Using Essentials 3.5, Create Disc Labels, Selecting direct to disc,  indicates that c5200 does not support printing to disc. Any solutions I find are a couple of years old and do not seem to work with Windows 10. Found one response from 2015 that indicated the problem was being addressed.  Has this been resolved

Hi @J-Kel,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to print directly to CD disc from your HP Photosmart C5280 All-in-One Printer.

This issue could occur if the HP Roxio Express Labeler software is not installed.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Creating and Printing CD/DVD Labels

You have a good day ahead.
