Hello, @GDAV – Hope you are well 🙂

Welcome to the HP Forum! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips!

I see that you are having issues while printing using your Officejet printer. To assist you with this issue, I need to know whether the printer can make a "Photocopy" or not.

Place a document face down on the scanner glass and press the copy option on the printer control panel. Let me know if it makes a good copy or not.

If the copy fails, then the issue could be with the printer not feeding the paper correctly. Adjust the paper guides and makes sure the paper is fed correctly. Go to http://hp.care/2qDxpq3 and follow the steps under “Solution 3” to clean the rollers.

Thanks, I look forward to hearing back from you!

Good luck 🙂
