When I look at print cue it says error. When I delete it it shows empty but when I look at list of printers it says offline document waiting. I want to delete it as I think it is keeping oneline documents from printing.

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:
Which operating system are you using along with the printer?
When was the last time it worked?
Did you update the drivers/full feature software of your printer?
While you respond to that, here's a few things you can do:
