Print issue

HP Recommended
HP Photosmart 7525

When I look at print cue it says error.  When I delete it it shows empty but when I look at list of printers it says offline document waiting.  I want to delete it as I think it is keeping oneline documents from printing.

@43dje

Thank you for joining HP Forums.

I'll be glad to help you 🙂

As I understand there's an issue with printing as the print is stuck in the queue,

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

Which operating system are you using along with the printer?

When was the last time it worked?

Did you update the drivers/full feature software of your printer?

While you respond to that, here's a few things you can do:

Click here to troubleshoot - Print Jobs Stuck in Print Queue in (Mac)

If it's a Print Jobs Stuck in Print Queue in (Windows) - Click here to troubleshoot.

Let me know how that works out, keep me in the loop and Good luck! 😉

Thanks for your response.  In the meantime I talked to someone & he had me delete & re-install the printer.  That worked.  I am appreciative for your time.
