Print missing

HP Recommended

  HP Officejet 4622

 

It will print for a 1/2" of the paper  across the whole sheet

skip 1/8" will be blank across the whole sheet

Pattern repeats 

 

 

I have:

Replaced all ink cartages with Hp ink

Clean printer heads

aglined the printer heads

Followed the problems solving chart for not printing black

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

 

·         When was the last time the printer was working fine?

·         How is the printer connected to your PC?

·         What is the operating system you are using?

·         Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

·         Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
