HP Envy 5530
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I tried printing coupons today and suddenly everything is printing HUGE!  The coupons print out so large they don't even fit the page.  They are incomplete and cannot be used.  Why is the print size suddenly so big?  It was fine yesterday.  How do I change the print size?  I'm not tech savvy so explain in great detail.

Thank you

Hello, @skizzatt – Hope you are well 🙂

Welcome to the HP Forum! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips!

I see that you are having issues while printing coupons. Is the issue specific to coupons? Or are you facing this issue while printing other documents as well? Please do let me know.

While waiting for your reply, try the steps below to try and fix the issue:

  • Unplug the USB cable from the printer and computer if present.
  • Go to Control panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP Envy printer entries and uninstall them.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Now click on http://hp.care/2pyBTuH to download and install the printer drivers.
  • Connect the USB cable if prompted and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.

If the issue persists and is specific to printing coupons, try using a different web-browser and check. I.e. if you were using internet explorer, try Google Chrome or Firefox.

Those steps should do the trick, let me know the outcome!

Good luck 🙂
