Product: Deskjet 1514
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP
Paper only feeds down by a couple of inches. Printing then can be heard, but no paper has fed through. Machine then announces "Paper blockage" but there is no paper in the machine !

I understand that your printer is not picking up the paper.

Not to worry, I will be glad to help. 

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

 

Request you try the steps suggested in this HP Article.

If the issue persists, please contact our phone support to check on the service options available for your printer.
