Printer Alignment

HP Recommended
HP ENVY 5646
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Printer alignment picks up correct A4 paper but immediatly jams and reports that the wrong paper size is loaded. Have cleared paper jam but process persists. Appears as if the A4 paper is being squeezed through A5 runners. Also just tried to print normally but same outcome.

I understand that you are facing paper jam issues with your HP ENVY 5646 e-All-in-One Printer.
