Printer Can't scan

Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi, i have an officejet 2620. Suddenly my printer can't scan, i have use hp doctor but nothing, i have install and reinstall driver but nothing. There is a issue with driver controll. What can i do? Thanks

Hi, i try to follow all instructions in your links but don't work, also i Try scanning workarounds but to no avail. Until two weeks ago, the printer could scan...now i can se...

I understand that the issue has not resolved after following the steps mentioned in the previous interaction.
