Printer Error: Officejet 5610 Error: 0xd0620230 Reset Power

I get the above error when trying to print PDF files only.  I have followed the HP troubleshooting procedures and it did not solve the problem.  Thanks for any help for this problem.

Procedure did not work. Printer just turned on as usual and only had date and time on screen, no instructions on screen to follow. Tried to print PDF. Printer head makes about two passes across paper and then stops gives the error message. Any other ideas?

Yes, try a hard reset with the printer, Take everything out which will be in the instructions below.

 

Hard Reset:

Unplug the power cord from the printer and wall

Take out the toner/cartridges

Wait 30 sec

Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall (Make sure the printer is plugged into the wall and not a surge protector)

Insert the toner/cartridges back into the printer

Let me know the outcome

Regret the Hard Reset did not work. It may be time for a new printer.

Well, if the reset I gave you didn't resolve the issue, I would suggest calling HP @8004746836 and see what options they have to replace or repair the printer.

The above error message is displayed and the procedure to reset power by removing the power cable from the back and unplugging the cable from the outlet, waiting 10 seconds and reconnecting did not work. What now?

I can help you with the error your printer is experiencing. From what you have described you have followed the appropriate steps when An Alphanumeric Code (Example: '0x...' or 'C2...') or 'Ink System Failure' Error Message Displays on....

IT WORKED!!!   thank u sooooo much!  having a huge party & NEED this excellent little printer.  ur idea has it up & running again!   would NEVER have ever thought of this procedure!!!!
