Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
Have a error message on Printer as follows:
Printer failure There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn power off, then on if problem persists contact HP. I have updated the printer, unistalled and reinstalled software and still getting message. Any suggestions? thank you.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I have already done this and still got the same error message.
Not much else that you can do but replace it.
