HP Photosmart Premium ePrint wireless printer     Model No. C310a   Product No. CN504A

 

My printer is throwing the code 0xc19a0041, on my computer screen it says system ink failure, and on my printer screen it says printer failure please turn printer Off and then On.

 

I've bought and replaced all of the ink cartridges, cleaned the printer head, unplugged it from the back of the printer and then the wall, waited, and then plugged it back into wall and then into the printer. It's been turned on and off several times and the same code keeps coming up. I don't know what else to do at this point, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the printer failure message on your printer.  You may have already done some of these, I would suggest going through all the steps.  If the steps there do not resolve the issue then I would suggest soaking the printhead as shown in the post here.

Hi,

 

these kinds of error messages are mainly due to faulty printhead. also you mentioned the basic troubleshooting you did.
