HP Officejet Pro 8600 premium
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

the printer was working fine. then it needed to have a ink cartridge that was empty changed. I replaced in normal manner and immediately it said a second cartridge was empty. (has never happened before) I replaced that one also. and then it gave this error and has every time I have tried to start it.

what are the diagnostic steps to proceed?? i am wondering if I got some bad ink cartridges from HP> because it was fine till I put in new cartridges. and this printer has not really had much printing on it. and i see many people have the same complaint on here. requiring two cartridge changed one after the other then printer fails.
