Printer HP Envy 5530 won't print colour

Hi
I have a HP Envy 5530 and I now can't get it to print colour. I've checked the levels and the colour and black are more than halo full. I've done the clean cartridge and the quality report it says everything is fine but NO colour.
Is there anything I can do?

Did you make any changes on your printer?

Are you able to make a color copy from your printer?

Please provide the operating system you are running on your PC.

Please try the steps recommended below.

Follow these steps to clean the printhead.
   NOTE:
To avoid issues that require cleaning, always turn the printer off with the Power button.
On the printer control panel, touch the Settings icon ().
Touch Tools, and then touch Clean Printhead. The printer cleans the printhead and then prints a test page.
Check the print quality of the test page.
If the print quality is good, touch Done.
If the print quality is not good, touch Clean Again. The printer cleans the cartridges again and then prints another test page.
   NOTE:
You might need to clean the printhead several times for optimal print quality.
