HP DeskJet 3630 All-in-One Ser

I have Windows Operating System.  All of the lights are blinking on the printer and it does not recognize the connection by USB cable.  I believe it is trying to connect by wifi.  How do I stop all of the lights from blinking.

I have unplugged the printer and replugged it.  I have uninstalled and tried to reinstall, but it does not recognize the USB cable nor the wifi connection.

Hi,

Please try:

(a) Turn off printer, disconnect USB cable and wait for a while (say 3 minutes),

(b) Turn on the printer,

(c) From computer run Setup on the CD which comes with printer,

(d) Select USB and only

     1. Plug the USB cable when the process asking for,

     2. Avoid to use USB 3.0 port,

(e) Follow on screen instructions.

Regards.
