Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

When I switch on the printer it freezes.  Three lights flash, Auto answer, the exclamation symbol and the on/off switch. In the display is printed: Error OxO 7a74dd6 and 1959 -lib-barracuda.o. I am not sure if the opeating system is 32 or 64-bit

As I understand the printer freezes at times with the error code you've mentioned,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

Have you looked for related HP Forum posts that have a solution for your concern?
