The printer is printing but I get blank pages. I have all new cartridges (except the small black one, because I can't buy them anyware. But I have a full XL version of black). I have cleaned the printerhead. I don't know what to do next. Can anyone help me?

Greetings @Ingmom

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you have replaced cartridges and cleaned printhead and the printer is not printing anything, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Are you able to make a copy on the printer?

Recommend you try to make a copy on the printer and check if the printer is printing fine.

Copy function of a printer is independent of the software on the computer.

If you are unable to make a copy, please do hard reset (disconnect the power cable of the printer, wait for a minute and connect the power cord directly to a wall outlet and turn the printer ON.)

If the printer still does not make a copy after a hard reset. Please contact our phone support for the service or upgrade options for the printer.

If the printer makes a copy, please refer to this HP Article for assistance.

Keep me posted.
