HP Recommended
Product: Officejet Pro 8500a, A910a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer won't print.  Contacted ATT Connect Tech service.  Alignment failed.  Technician said I need hardware settings fixed.  Printer settings are not allowing to get the print.  Reinstalled drivers, checked printer and scanner, found working. Checked Alighment, failed.  Will HP help me with this?
