HP Photosmart 5520
Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Hello! My HP Photosmart 5520 printer is 4 years old and has recently stopped putting ink on the sheets it prints. The whole process is normal until I see the sheet and it is blank after printing. I have cleaned the inkheads, aligned the printer, and inserted new ink correctly. It doesnt seem to be a connectivity issue with the computer, nor does it seem to be a jam issue. Has someone had this problem before, and can it be resolved? Thanks!
