HP 8620 Pro printer
Chrome OS

My printer does not print grey, only dark black. Only change I made recently was removing the USB connection and installing the printer on the cloud network (printing wirelessly). Any help tp resolve the issue will be appreciated.

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to print in gray but only dark black.

This could be one of the limitations of Chrome App.

Let's go through a few steps to resolve this issue.

And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Printing with the HP Print for Chrome App

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
