Hello, 

I am having problems with my printer, even though I select the landscape mode it will only print in portrait format.

Saw that the you are using Chromebook.

 

Are you using the HP Print for Chrome apps?

 

This resource shows how to download and use the HP Print Apps.

Have you also try to see if there are any updates to the Chromebook?

Hi, yes I am using the HP print for chrome. I am able to print other docs in landscape mode but the doc that will not print properly is a Google doc that I created -it resembles an excel spreadsheet. Any suggestions?
