I understand that the print quality diagnostic page shows black ink but black is not printing while printing from the computer.

 

In order to assist you better, let us know the model number of the unit and the operating system installed on the computer from the links below: 

 

1. Find Your HP Product Model Number

 

2. Click Here if it is a Windows PC

 

3. Click Here if it is a Mac PC
